ANOTHER DAY OF RAIN!!!!!

Okay, I got it out now. We are tired of all the rain that seems to be following us. It sounds like the weather should be better tomorrow, still overcast but less rain.

We got a late start leaving the hotel waiting for the rain to slow down. Here is a picture of what TJ does to fill the time while he is waiting.

We left the hotel and made it one block to the bike trail and the group had to stop to put on their rain gear. Because the rain was so persistent today we don't have many pictures, but here is a good one of Dad in his rain gear.

At lunch we stopped in Sauk Centre and ate at The Ding Dong Cafe. We had a great meal! Then back on the road for more rain.

We took a break in Osakis and found a helpful lady at the community center. She gave us some information about the communities along the trail. She told us we were going to have trouble finding hotels after Alexandria. We decided to pedal on to Alexandria (the next town) and call to other hotels from there. It was a good thing we did because we were not able to find another hotel in riding distance for today. We found a room at the Hampton and decided to stay here.

Another short mileage day. Hopefully we can do better tomorrow!
